About Dialogic
Dialogic (NI) was formed in April 2001 as a Distributor for O2. Dialogic (NI) Ltd evolved from the Retail outlets of Phoneworld (NI) Ltd, established by Richard Craig.
Richard has been in the Telecoms Business since 1996 and in his role as a Distributor has been instrumental in the development of the O2 network in Northern Ireland and the UK.
Located in N Ireland, the company offers a service covering all Communication needs, from Office systems to mobile telephony.
Having established a dealer network in the UK and N Ireland to service the mobile markets, the company acquired two business to business dealerships in 2007 and 2010.
This venture progressed naturally into the landline market and more recently the company has developed a Specialist Business to Business team to introduce and manage complete solution packages for their clients.
The company now offers solutions involving four mobile networks, O2 landline and mobile broadband, their traditional landline offering and ‘pure VOIP systems’.
The company is particularly pleased to be involved in the Digital Revolution of the traditional analogue landline phone system with the introduction of the IP Genie system – a pure broadband unified communications platform (UCP).
The company is committed to keeping all their customers advised of all advances in communication technology, including Hosted IP Telephony, as we all progress into ‘Next Generation Telephony’ Dialogic(NI) Ltd distribute IPGenie products throughout the UK and Ireland.
